We accept refunds and exchanges.
Returning your items
We want you to love your Spende Le Stelle jewellery, but if for any reason you’re unhappy with your new purchase, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your contact details. Please contact us at email@example.com for our shipping address.
- All items returned must be unworn and undamaged.
- Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Spende Le Stelle packaging.
- We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days after we notify you of the processing of your refund application. Any 3rd party charges deriving from the refund process will be charged to the buyer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund from us within the expected time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are also happy to exchange items - for the same if the original was found defective, or for a different item, if you changed your mind. The same terms apply as with refunds. Please note that for every purchase cycle, exchanges are accepted only once. For sales in Greece, free shipping is included for the 1st item purchased. In case of exchange, shipping is charged according to our Shipping policy.
